We’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re photographing, building community or meeting with clients, our studio is your creative home away from home. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your time here.

When You Arrive

• Parking – Free parking is available for you and your clients on studio property.

• Check-in – We work at the studio, so we’ll be there to greet you and unlock doors upon your arrival!

• Set-up Time – Your rental time includes set-up and tear-down, so plan to arrive right at your scheduled time.

Studio Amenities

• Natural Light Galore – Our large windows fill the space with soft, flattering light.

• Styled Rooms – From our cozy Motherhood Room to the airy Lifestyle Set, every detail is curated for beautiful backdrops.

• Props & Furniture – Use our couches, chairs, blankets, and small props to enhance your session.

• Temperature Control – Keep your clients comfortable year-round with A/C and heating.

• Coffee & Snacks - These are available for you and your clients in the office.

House Rules

• Treat it like home – Please leave the spaces as you found them.

• No glitter or confetti – These are tough to clean and damage our equipment.

• No open flames – Safety first!

• Pets welcome – As long as they’re well-behaved and cleaned up after.

After Your Session

• Tidy Up – You may move furniture around, but please return it to the original placement. Photos of each room standard set are below.

• Trash – Use the provided bin for any small trash items. If trash is full, text us and we’ll handle it.

• Locking Up – We will be in to vacuum and disinfect after your session, so don’t worry about locking the doors when you leave.
