The Living Room Leander – Quick Rules for Your Booking

(Full Terms Apply – See Studio Rental Agreement)

1. Booking Time Includes Everything

Your reservation time must cover setup, shooting, breakdown, and cleanup. Arrive and leave on time.

2. Overtime Fees

• 15-minute grace period for most bookings.

• No grace period for 8:15 PM starts — out by 10:15 PM or $10/minute after.

3. Payment

Full payment due at booking. Your spot isn’t reserved until paid.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancel/change 3+ hours before start: credit valid for 18 months.

• Inside 3 hours: no changes, no refunds.

5. Alcohol Rules

• No one under 21 may drink.

• No alcohol in parking lots, common areas, or cars.

6. Damage & Cleaning

• Report any pre-existing damage within 15 minutes of arrival.

• Leave the Studio as you found it — cleaning fee starts at $100.

• You are responsible for damages caused during your booking.

7. Personal Belongings

We’re not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Items left more than 4 days may be discarded.

8. Respect the Space

No illegal activity. Follow all posted rules and instructions from staff.
